The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, facilitating employee relations, developing HR policies, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager will coordinate with team leaders to support organizational growth, promote company culture, and foster a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Proficiency in HR policy development, compliance, and strategic planning Experience in employee relations, team building, and conflict resolution Ability to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills Familiarity with HR software and management tools Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM or PHR is a plus Proven ability to adapt and collaborate in a fast-paced work environment
