Must Have 1. Qualifications (Mandatory) Must Have Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in graphic design. Must Have Degree (Mandatory): A degree in Graphic Design is required. Must Have Core Expertise: Strong foundation in typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy. Must Have Strategy & Storytelling: Secondary experience in storytelling and creative strategy. Must Have Industry Exposure: Breadth of industry exposure, including considerable experience in financial services (e.g., debt collection, fintech, or neobanking). Must Have Impact Demonstration: Ability to clearly show where and how your contributions led to achieving goals.
