For a such a premium brand the least expected is good packaging. Poor packaging for a 15k saaree is really sad. The marketing team should focus on this

The person named Prudhvi was very helpful and stayed with us the whole time helping us throughout our shopping which took almost 4 hours but he was very patient showing us everything and suggesting good ones.

Went to Mugdha Marathalli recently. The staff here is very courteous and friendly. Sridevi assisted us shopping for a saree in our budget and as per our taste. She was patient and showed us a lot of variety.
