Possess working knowledge of ERP systems and actively coordinate with ERP teams todevelop, configure, test, and implement the asset management module for end-to-endprocess integration. Implement effective strategies to track and manage assets. Support asset verification, internal audits, donor audits, and statutory audits by providingaccurate data and documentation. Monitor and ensure compliance with institutional policies, donor guidelines, statutoryrequirements, and audit standards. Collaborate with site offices, research units, and functional team to streamline fixed assetprocesses and support programmatic needs. Send monthly fixed assets reports. Investigate discrepancies in fixed asset records promptly; implement corrective andpreventive measures. Monitor and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Collaborate with site offices and functional teams to optimize fixed assets processes. Facilitate communication to ensure seamless coordination in the asset supply chain. Ensure proper documentation and filing for all fixed asset transactions, shipments,donations, and disposals. Implement corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies. Generate regular reports on fixed assets levels and variances. Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Utilize fixed asset management systems effectively, including proficiency in ERP platforms, asset tracking tools, and GIS-enabled databases where applicable. Requirements 3 -5 years of relevant experience in handling assets and warehouse operations Minimum bachelors degree. Education in logistics is a plus Familiarity with ERP and asset tracking and monitoring software Strong Supervisory skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft office tools- Excel and Word
