MSSQL DBA / Provider Data Management professional

database administration, security and vulnerability remediation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer

  Microsoft SQL Server databases

  , including database maintenance, monitoring, performance optimization, backups and troubleshooting.
• Handle

  SQL Server patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and security-related activities

  in line with enterprise standards.
• Monitor database health, identify performance issues and ensure

  availability, reliability and data integrity

  .
• Develop and maintain

  SQL queries, scripts and Python-based solutions

  to support reporting and data extraction requirements.
• Build and deliver

  regulatory and operational reports

  for healthcare stakeholders and regional teams.
• Work with large provider datasets to ensure

  data accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance

  .
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand

  provider data and regulatory reporting requirements

  .
• Support audits, compliance activities and resolution of data/database-related issues.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft SQL Server / MSSQL DBA

  .
• Experience in

  database administration, patching, maintenance, monitoring and vulnerability remediation

  .
• Strong

  SQL querying and scripting

  skills.
• Working experience with

  Python

  for reporting, automation or data processing.
• Experience in

  report development and data extraction

  for business/regulatory requirements.
• Good understanding of

  database security, backup/recovery and performance tuning

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Healthcare Provider Data / Provider Regulatory processes

  .
• Ability to work with

  regional stakeholders and regulatory bodies

  .

Preferred

• Experience working in

  Healthcare / HealthTech / Insurance / Provider Data Management

  environments.
• Exposure to

  healthcare provider regulatory data, provider directories, licensing, credentialing or regulatory reporting

  .
• Experience working with large-scale healthcare datasets and data quality requirements.

Ideal Candidate

60% strong in MSSQL DBA activities and 40% in Python/SQL reporting
