The role involves listening to video/audio files and verifying the transcripts against them to ensure 100% error-free alignment. Key Responsibilities: Listen carefully to video/audio content and cross-check with the provided transcript. Identify and correct errors in transcription, grammar, and sentence flow. Ensure complete accuracy and consistency between video content and script. Work closely with the content and production teams to maintain quality standards. Meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (English/Communication background preferred). 1–3 years of experience in transcription, proofreading, or related fields. Strong command of English (listening, reading, and writing). Excellent attention to detail and error-spotting skills. Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.
