We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounts, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic financial planning. 🔑 Key Responsibilities ✅ Financial & Accounting Operations Oversee daily accounting activities Maintain accurate books of accounts in accounting software Bank, vendor & general ledger reconciliations Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements ✅ Taxation & Compliance GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance TDS deduction, returns, and reconciliation Income Tax compliance Support statutory audits and coordinate with auditors ✅ Vendor & Payment Management Maintain vendor accounts & manage payment cycles Handle vendor queries, disputes & reconciliation Monitor procurement payment process ✅ Financial Reporting & Budgeting Prepare MIS reports & financial statements Assist in budgeting, forecasting & cost analysis Provide financial insights for strategic decisions ✅ Coordination & Negotiation Negotiate with vendors & service providers Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting 9-10 years of relevant experience (retail background preferred) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & Indian Accounting Standards Experience in Tally/ERP & MS Excel Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
