Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Client Engagement • Identify and reach out to potential SME, school, hospital, and corporate clients. • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and IT solution pitches. • Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads. 2. Technical Pre-Sales & Support • Understand client requirements and map them to relevant IT solutions (software, cloud, networking, security). • Assist in creating solution architecture and implementation plans. • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for pricing and availability. 3. Project & Operations Support • Oversee basic project coordination (procurement, delivery, installation scheduling). • Maintain documentation for client onboarding, project progress, and service reports. • Support IT audits, basic troubleshooting, and configuration assistance. ⸻ Required Skills & Experience: • Education: Graduate in IT/Computer Science, Electronics, or Business with strong tech interest. • Experience: 1–3 years in IT solutions sales, pre-sales, or IT service support (Freshers with strong aptitude may apply). • Technical Skills: • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Understanding of networking & security concepts • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace • Soft Skills: • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Self-driven and adaptable to startup work culture • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
