Position: Field Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Location: Field / Market Visits Key Responsibilities Visit customers, shops, distributors, and market areas to promote company products. Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information. Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets assigned by the company. Collect orders from dealers/customers and coordinate with the back-office for dispatch. Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and visit records. Conduct market surveys to identify new opportunities, competitor activities & pricing trends. Represent the company professionally and maintain good communication in the field Ensure timely feedback to management about customer issues or product demand. Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer handling. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of mobile apps (WhatsApp, Maps, CRM). Positive attitude and willingness to travel daily. Eligibility / Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in field sales is a plus but not mandatory. Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).
