Job Title: E-Commerce Account Executive (Tally) Department: Accounts / E-Commerce Operations Location: Noida sector- 8 Experience: 2–5 Years Software: Tally ERP / Tally Prime Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Executive who will manage accounting operations related to online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in Tally , handling GST compliance, reconciling marketplace payments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime Record e-commerce sales, returns, discounts, and commissions Reconcile marketplace payments (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.) Maintain GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation) Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) Track TDS, deductions, and settlement reports Maintain vendor and customer ledgers Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for invoice discrepancies Prepare monthly MIS reports Assist during audits and compliance checks Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance Minimum 3 year experience in e-commerce accounting Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime Good understanding of GST and e-commerce taxation Experience with marketplace dashboards Proficiency in MS Excel Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills Experience in fashion / lifestyle / retail e-commerce Knowledge of inventory accounting Basic understanding of ERP systems Ability to work under deadlines Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹ 22000 to ₹ 25000 per month (as per experience) Incentives / Performance bonus (if applicable) PF, ESIC & statutory benefits Growth opportunity within the organization Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
