Job Title: Welder / Gas Cutter Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing welding and cutting tasks as per drawings, ensuring high-quality fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and components. The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas welding operations as per requirements. Cut, shape, and join metal components using welding and gas cutting techniques. Fabricate and assemble parts of machinery, structures, and equipment (e.g., loader arms, brackets, cylinders). Inspect welds and components for accuracy, defects, and strength. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and safety gear in proper condition. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and supervisors to ensure timely project completion. Perform grinding, finishing, and surface treatment on welded components. Report defects, material shortages, or issues to the supervisor.
