Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and record keeping. Key Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports Process invoices, receipts, and payments Perform data entry and manage accounting databases Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies Prepare and submit tax forms and reports (as applicable) Support payroll processing and employee expense claims Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payment issues Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information Perform other related duties as assigned
