Role Overview: We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Executive who thrives on delivering ROAS, loves deep diving into data, and understands the nuances of both USA and India audiences. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified traffic, optimizing campaigns, and scaling results across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid channels. What You'll Do: Own and lead all paid digital performance campaigns—Meta, Google, retargeting, shopping, and search—for both India and US markets Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms with strong attention to ROAS, CAC, CTR, and other key KPIs Collaborate closely with creative, content, and web teams to align messaging, funnels, and landing pages Build testing roadmaps (A/B creative testing, ad copy, audiences) and scale top-performing ads Set up reporting dashboards, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to leadership weekly Drive growth through retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization Contribute to SEO strategy and implementation alongside paid performance Evaluate new tools and platforms to improve marketing efficiency and automation Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform shifts. Qualifications & Skills We’re Looking For: -Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field -2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for e-commerce or D2C brands -Strong command over spoken and written English—you’ll be working with creatives, founders, and international audiences -Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and optimizing for ROI -Analytical mindset with the ability to read performance data, extract insights, and make informed decisions -Solid grasp of marketing funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation -Familiarity with tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Keyword Planner, Excel/Sheets -Knowledge of basic SEO practices and conversion rate optimization is a plus -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with clear ownership.
