Operational Strategy & Efficiency: Develop and implement business operations strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution. Process & Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance. Streamline workflows and remove operational bottlenecks. Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to company standards.
