Role & responsibilities # Perform dimensional measurements using precision tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, bore dial gauge, etc.). # Conduct mechanical property checks, including hardness and UTS (Ultimate Tensile Strength) testing. # Coordinate or carry out chemical property checks. # Verify alignment and fitment of components during manufacturing and assembly. # Review and interpret manufacturing drawings accurately. # Inspect and approve incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products. # Prepare and maintain inspection documentation and reports. Higher Secondary (Science) with minimum 60% marks in Mathematics and Physics. Minimum 3 years experience in quality inspection for mechanical manufacturing. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, fabrication, assembly, and fitment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings. Knowledge of quality documentation and MS Office. AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. Own a two-wheeler preferred. Candidates residing in Howrah will be given preference.
