(ADEPL). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction and maintenance of Extra High Voltage (EHV) and Ultra High Voltage (UHV) Transmission Line/Substation projects. Key Responsibilities : Project Management & Execution: Supervise and manage all aspects of EHV/UHV transmission line / Substation construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. On-site Supervision: Oversee daily on-site construction activities, including foundation work, tower erection, conductor stringing, and substation connectivity. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues related to transmission line infrastructure, including the use of advanced grid monitoring solutions. Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures on all project sites to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality deliverables. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the construction and supervision of EHV/UHV Transmission Line/Substation projects.
