Operate, monitor, and maintain extraction equipment including percolators, macerators, distillers, centrifuges, and filtration units. Prepare raw materials (e.g., drying, grinding, weighing) as per production batch requirements. Execute the herbal extraction process based on the defined SOPs and batch records. Record process data including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and yields accurately and timely. Perform in-process quality checks and report any deviations or abnormalities to the supervisor. Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and hygiene standards. Assist in cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of processing equipment and the production area. Participate in routine equipment calibration and maintenance checks. Collaborate with the QA/QC team for sampling and testing as needed. Maintain accurate production and logbooks.
