Very good service, staff is rude sometimes but the service has improved very much from 1 year. The thing which is constant is many a times during the power cut they don't pich the call or they just keep the receiver aside so that it shows line is busy.

Never on time, team having illiterate SC/ST people never responded on time, government sucks, lights goes off even if the wind is blowing, in rainy season you can forget about electricity for some weeks.
