Role Description: COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE Department: Compliance / HR Location: Andheri , Marol - Mumbai Reporting to: Director Employment Type: Full-time About the Role : We are hiring a Compliance Executive to support our compliance operations by managing statutory obligations related to our security workforce. The candidate must have practical experience in handling PF, ESIC, and labor law-related filings , and be well-organized with strong documentation skills. Key Responsibilities : Register new employees under PF and ESIC schemes. Ensure timely submission of monthly PF & ESIC returns , challans, and ECR uploads. Maintain accurate employee records for statutory compliance. Assist in preparing documentation for labor inspections and audits . Help track deadlines for all statutory filings and renewals. Coordinate with field staff to collect documents and ensure compliance at all sites. Maintain compliance registers, checklists, and reports. Liaise with PF/ESIC department officials when required. Support the Compliance Manager in internal audits and statutory assessments. Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / B.A. / BBA preferred) Experience: 13 years in a compliance or payroll-related role Sound knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other labor laws Familiarity with ECR filing , UAN management , and ESIC portal Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Background : Experience in Security Services , Facility Management , or Manpower Supply Exposure to handling compliance for 100+ contract employees Knowledge of labour license , wage calculation , and statutory deductions Show more Show less
