Don't just go with the name. There is a huge gap between projection and reality. There is no one to hear you after your sale deed is done. 2 years maintenance is just on paper but nothing on ground.

I am a doctor. This is regarding Shivalik Square building which is new building but no fire NOC by Shivalik group. Multiple times told them but no clue they have regarding it. Lot of doctors working but no seriousness by Taral and Margie about it. Don't even pick up phone. Beware before buying in shivalik properties.
