Job Description

  • Set up and operate injection moulding machines for production runs.
  • Install moulds and ensure proper alignment and locking.
  • Monitor machine parameters: temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.
  • Conduct first-piece inspection and adjust machine settings as needed.
  • Identify and resolve common moulding defects (e.g., flash, short shot, sink marks, burn marks).
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and moulds.
  • Ensure material feeding, drying, and loading as per job order.
  • Maintain production records and daily log sheets.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and 5S on the shop floor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
