Role Description We are looking for a passionate and visionary CTO Co-Founder to join Motoplatform.in and take ownership of our technology strategy and development. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur, and offers an equity partnership. Day-to-day tasks include leading product and platform architecture, managing the development team, implementing innovative tech solutions, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our platform. You will collaborate closely with the founder and other stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and drive growth for the company. Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar, and experience with full-stack development frameworks. Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms, and database management systems. Ability to lead, manage and collaborate with tech teams, and effectively communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in frontend and backend development, API integration, and creating scalable software solutions. Understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-first product development. Knowledge of the automotive domain or marketplaces is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong vision for leveraging technology to transform the used-car marketplace.
