Compensation : ₹25,000/month (fixed) + performance bonus up to ₹5,000 Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST (8 hrs work + 1 hr break) (6 months first review) Workweek : Mon–Fri + 1st & 3rd Saturday, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM (check-ins) Apply: connect@motiongravity.in | Subject: “Data Ops & Research – YourName” Responsibilities • Data QA on spreadsheets/assets (naming, formats, duplicates, completeness); maintain QA logs. • Uploads to Drive/portals; folder hygiene and tracker updates. • Source relevant profiles on LinkedIn/Fiverr; capture tags, notes, and links in Sheets/CRM. • Basic image tasks: crop/resize, background removal, text overlay, watermark/logo placement, resolution, QA. • Daily EOD summary by 6:45 PM (done, blockers, next steps). Must‐Have Skills • Good English & clear written communication (client-safe tone). • Image tool basics (Canva/Photoshop/Photopea/GIMP—any one): crop/resize, bg-remove, simple text overlays. • Excel/Google Sheets: filters, conditional rules, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot basics, text-to-columns. • Structured web research on LinkedIn/Fiverr; disciplined note-taking. Nice‐to‐Have • Airtable/Notion/ClickUp; regex or basic Python for data cleaning. • Experience handling audio/image dataset metadata and exports. • Canva brand kits; Photoshop layer discipline. KPIs (Monthly) • QA accuracy ≥ 98% on sampled checks. • SLA compliance: tasks closed within 24–48h. • Sourcing throughput: 50–70 vetted leads/week with ≥ 30% shortlist rate. • Image ops: correct export specs; zero incorrect aspect ratios. • Compliance: 0 PII violations; tidy folder structure. Work & Availability • Core overlap: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM IST (responsive on Slack/Email/WhatsApp). • Break: up to 60 min (unpaid) within the day. • Timesheets: daily entries + EOD summary required for payroll.
