Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor with hands-on experience in creating engaging motion graphics, promotional videos, social media content, and professional video edits.

The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and experience creating high-quality animations, motion graphics, visual effects, and video content. The candidate should have a good creative sense, attention to detail, and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and professional video content for digital platforms.

- Use Adobe After Effects to develop animations, visual effects, animated titles, transitions, and other motion design elements.

- Edit and produce promotional videos, marketing videos, social media reels, YouTube videos, and short-form content.

- Design creative video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital channels.

- Work on logo animations, typography animations, product videos, and brand promotional content.

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content aligned with brand guidelines.

- Convert creative briefs, concepts, and scripts into visually engaging video content.

- Perform video editing, audio synchronization, colour correction, and post-production tasks.

- Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all assigned projects.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Stay updated with current motion graphics trends, video editing techniques, and social media content formats.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of animation principles, keyframes, transitions, and visual effects.

- Proficiency in video editing and post-production workflows.

- Experience creating social media videos, promotional content, and digital marketing creatives.

- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.

- Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.

- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

- Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

- Must be willing to work from the Pune office.

- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.

- Experience creating high-quality promotional and brand videos.

- Knowledge of advanced motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects.

- Experience with social media advertising creatives and digital marketing campaigns.

- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video editing skills.
