Your role will involve creating software that prioritizes people's needs over making them work for the software. As a Motion Designer with 5+ years of experience, you will be based at the Mangalore office in India and contribute to EG's growth story. The team's goal is to enhance EG's leadership, product, and marketing communication through precise, visually compelling, and brand-aligned presentations. Your responsibilities will include designing motion graphics, explainers, and SoMe animations for marketing and internal communication. You will also create short-form video content for campaigns, events, and leadership updates, and develop interactive visuals and animated infographics for web and presentations. Ensuring all assets meet EG's brand and visual standards will be crucial, maintaining a high level of detail and craftsmanship from storyboard to final render. Your workday will involve tasks such as designing motion graphics, explainers, and SoMe animations, creating short-form video content, and supporting Marketing and Corporate Comms in visual storytelling. A mandatory skill set for this role includes a Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in motion design and video production. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing animation, compositing, and visual storytelling, with meticulous attention to timing, composition, and typography. Understanding brand communication and digital channels is essential for this position.
