Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanchipuram for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in Costing Finance. The role involves preparing, analyzing, and reviewing financial data, managing cost accounting processes, and ensuring accurate costing methods to enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability tracking while preparing internal financial reports. The role also entails engaging with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and providing recommendations for cost control and optimization measures. Qualifications Strong financial analysis, cost accounting, and budgeting capabilities Expertise in auditing, variance analysis, and profitability tracking Proficiency in financial reporting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable) Relevant experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or related industries is preferred Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and compliance regulations
