Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kushinagar. The Operator will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operational tasks, ensuring the effective functioning of our electric vehicle rental service, supporting the "Move-To-Earn" program, and contributing to sustainable waste collection and recycling. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services. Qualifications Operational management and logistics coordination skills Experience in handling and maintaining electric vehicles Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to sustainability and environmental practices High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently at an on-site location Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are beneficial
