🔹 Role OverviewThe Procurement, Inventory & Dispatch Executive is responsible for vendor coordination, material procurement, inventory control, and timely dispatch of orders. The role ensures optimal stock levels, accurate records, cost efficiency, and on-time deliveries while maintaining compliance with company processes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities🛒 ProcurementRaise Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved requirements Coordinate with domestic & international suppliers for pricing, lead time, and availability Track order confirmations, production timelines, and shipment schedules Follow up on imports: invoices, packing lists, BOE, customs coordination (with CHA) Maintain vendor master data and purchase history 📦 Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records in ERP (inward, outward, transfers) Ensure minimum stock levels and alert management on reorder points Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical vs system stock Track batch/serial numbers where applicable Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory 🚚 Dispatch & LogisticsPlan dispatches based on sales orders and delivery commitments Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and warehouses Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation Share dispatch details and tracking information with sales and customers Handle return material (RMA) and inward logistics 📊 Reporting & CoordinationPrepare daily / weekly inventory & dispatch reports Share purchase status and ETA updates with sales & management Coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts, and Project teams Ensure SOP compliance and continuous process improvement
