Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern About More Green More Green is a wellness brand bringing lab-tested, nutrient-dense microgreen nutrition to health-conscious individuals across India. We're building a community around clean, convenient nutrition—and we're looking for a creative, data-driven intern to help us grow our digital presence. The Role You'll be at the heart of our social media strategy, wearing multiple hats and making a real impact: Content & Strategy Develop and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms Create engaging, on-brand content (captions, visuals, videos, reels) that resonates with our fitness-focused, health-conscious audience Schedule and post content consistently, ensuring brand voice alignment Influencer Collaborations Identify, reach out to, and manage partnerships with micro and macro influencers Brief creators on campaign objectives and brand messaging Track collaboration performance and ROI Analytics & Optimization Monitor and analyze web and social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, CTR) Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance Create monthly performance reports and identify growth opportunities Marketing Support Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing initiatives Coordinate with cross-functional teams on campaign launches Support email marketing, paid ads, and promotional campaigns What We're Looking For Strong interest in digital marketing and social media strategy Creative mindset with eye for design and storytelling Comfortable with analytics tools and data interpretation Excellent communication and project management skills Familiarity with content creation tools (AI tools, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) Own camera equipment (smartphone with 1080p quality minimum; DSLR a plus) Basic photo/video editing skills Passion for wellness, fitness, or health-conscious lifestyle Nice-to-Have Experience in FMCG or consumer brands Design background or portfolio Experience with UGC or influencer marketing Knowledge of nutrition or wellness industry What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in a fast-growing wellness brand Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals Exposure to end-to-end campaign management Portfolio-building opportunities Flexible work environment with creative freedom Duration & Location 3-6 month internship (potential for conversion) Hybrid: Twice a week (Bangalore only) Office location: Jayanagar 5th Block Stipend ₹5,000/month
