We are a small cafe specializing in continental and Italian cuisine, looking for an experienced chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes and a flair for presentation. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, following the cafe's recipes and menu Plan and prepare menus, ensuring food quality and consistency Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and safety standards Collaborate with the cafe owner and team to develop new menu items and specials Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as necessary Train and mentor junior staff members Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a chef in a similar establishment Strong knowledge of continental and Italian cuisine Excellent cooking and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean workspace Good communication and leadership skills If you're passionate about cooking and have a drive to deliver exceptional food, we'd love to hear from you.
