Roles & Responsibilities Creative Leadership: Take complete ownership of conceptualizing and executing creatives for all marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Strategic Alignment: Deeply understand Mookaa’s brand DNA, vision, and mission. Use this understanding to align creative outputs and marketing strategies that amplify the brand voice and deliver strong brand recall. Campaign Management: Design, lead, and optimize campaign strategies end-to-end — from ideation to execution — ensuring high ROI, engagement, and consistency. Team Building & Management: Build and manage a high-performing in-house or freelance creative team (designers, content creators, stylists, etc.). Inspire, mentor, and guide them to deliver bold and engaging campaigns. Start-up Hustler: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Be hands-on, take ownership, and drive projects with a strong sense of urgency and agility. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure unified communication and effective brand storytelling. Creative Ownership Take complete ownership of all creative assets — from posters and videos to campaign shoots and stories Conceptualize and execute high-impact creative campaigns across platforms (Instagram, website, ads, etc.) Ensure all visual communication aligns with the brand’s tone, values, and fashion-forward personality Strategic Thinking Understand the brand vision, mission, and audience deeply Translate insights into compelling campaigns and communication strategies Plan monthly content calendars and seasonal campaigns that drive engagement and conversions Social Media Execution Own the look and feel of Mookaa’s social media — keep it bold, aesthetic, and on-trend Post consistently across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) with visually engaging content Monitor trends and adapt visuals and formats accordingly Design & Content Creation Personally design creatives when needed — static and motion Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Figma (for layout or digital mockups) Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, brand management, or marketing — preferably in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle brands. Strong portfolio of past campaign work demonstrating creativity, impact, and brand alignment. Excellent understanding of digital and social media trends. Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing creative teams or agencies. A go-getter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
