The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding debts, contacting customers via phone, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring that accounts are brought up to date in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Key Responsibilities: Debt Collection: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts, attempting to collect payments, negotiate settlements, and arrange payment plans. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their payment situations, provide information on the outstanding balance, and work to resolve their debts. Payment Negotiation: Negotiate payment terms, including amounts, installment options, and deadlines, while maintaining positive customer relations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account status in the system. Legal and Compliance Adherence: Ensure all recovery processes follow legal guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Customer Support: Assist customers in resolving any disputes, billing issues, or questions about their accounts. Follow-up: Consistently follow up on payment arrangements, payment overdue accounts, and missed deadlines. Reporting: Regularly report collection status, payment recovery, and customer feedback to supervisors or managers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, debt recovery is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain payment terms and handle customer concerns effectively.
