We’re looking for a capable and dependable Bartender with solid foundational knowledge in both coffee and cocktails, who can confidently handle day-to-day service, prep, and guest interaction. You’ll support the Senior Bartender in maintaining bar quality and systems while continuing to grow your own skills and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve all beverages to spec, including coffee, cocktails, and fresh juices Assist with daily prep: syrups, juices, garnishes, batch mixes, espresso dial-in Maintain a clean, well-organized, and guest-ready bar during and after shifts Follow all SOPs and recipes accurately and consistently Support junior bartenders and barbacks during service Contribute to inventory tracking and restocking routines Communicate effectively with FOH, kitchen, and bar team Learn new recipes and techniques as part of ongoing training Uphold hygiene, safety, and equipment care standards What We’re Looking For 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a professional bar setting Competent in basic coffee and cocktail prep, with solid service instincts Comfortable handling prep and maintaining mise en place Clean, organized, and calm under pressure Eager to learn, take initiative, and support the team Good communication and guest interaction skills Positive attitude and reliability during shifts Bonus if you have Experience with batching or clarified cocktails Barista-level espresso and milk steaming skills Worked in a high-volume café or cocktail forward bar Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Experience: bartending: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
