We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Gallery Assistant to join our team at Mon Amour Gallery in Civil Lines, Jaipur. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the gallery, handling artist coordination, managing gallery administration, and supporting the gallery's online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about art, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have a flair for digital tools and design. Key Responsibilities Gallery Operations & Administration Oversee daily functioning of the art gallery space Coordinate scheduling and setup for exhibitions and private showings Maintain presentation of the gallery at all times Handle front desk duties including answering inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Maintain accurate inventory and artwork documentation Artist Liaison & Onboarding Build relationships with emerging and established artists across India Facilitate onboarding of new artists – gather bios, portfolios, pricing, and legal documentation Assist in coordinating logistics for artwork deliveries and returns Help curate artist portfolios for exhibitions and online sales Website Management Manage and update the gallery’s website with current exhibitions, artist profiles, and artworks Assist in uploading product pages, descriptions, and metadata for artworks
