The role of corporate sales involves identifying, developing, and managing business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and tailored solutions. Implementing the HR strategies at units assigned.Ensuring compliances to the laid policies.Preparing manpower plan and adhere to the same for the assigned units.Responsible for the effectiveness of the recruitment process.Track recruitment budgets and ensure compliance with the same.Ensure trainings for all employees; for all the departments are conducted through coordination with trainers in various departments.Actively participate in carrying out the grievance redressal by following standards, procedures and timelines defined.Awareness of all disciplinary actions applicable, defined by the management and to take such actions where ever required in coordination with department heads for the assigned units.Supervise the work of the Unit HRs and guide them towards attaining effectiveness and efficiency in their work.Ensure that the appraisal process is been carried out in accordance with policies and procedures by the Unit HR.Ensure that MIS, and any other reports required by the, Manager HR, Unit Head and the management are made by the unit HRs. Verification of such documents.Guide the Unit HRs in consolidating data for various audits and do verification of such documents/ data.Participate in all kinds of audits such as internal/ external/ NABH and to take care that all NCs are closed limited to the HR function.
