The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, business planning, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing client data, maintaining strong client relationships, and resolving any issues that arise to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
