Mohana Weaves Job Description Position: Data Entry Operator (DEO) Location: Komarapalayam Industry: Woven Fabric Manufacturing Reporting To: Production / Accounts / Management Key Responsibilities Production & Fabric Data Enter daily loom production details (meter, quality, GSM, design) Maintain order-wise production records Update grey / finished fabric stock register Record inspection, rejection & rework data Inventory & Store Maintain yarn inward / outward entries Update fabric dispatch & delivery details Track balance stock (yarn & fabric) Accounts Support Data entry for purchase invoices & sales bills Update customer ledger & payment follow-up list Maintain Excel sheets for costing, orders & expenses Office & Communication Prepare daily / weekly reports for management Assist in email, WhatsApp & document sharing Maintain files, PO copies & dispatch records Required Skills & Qualification Any Degree / Diploma / HSC Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word) Typing speed: Good Ability to handle numbers & records accurately Textile / factory experience preferred Freshers can apply Work Details Working Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on experience) Benefits: PF / ESI (if applicable) Preferred Candidate Qualities Accuracy & discipline Willing to learn textile processes Responsible & honest Able to work under deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹11,510.61 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
