Experience: 5+ years of progressive Financial leadership experience in the manufacturing industry Mandatory Preference Minimum 5 years of manufacturing industry experience. Proficiency in Kannada and South Indian languages. Work Location feasibility should operate from Bengaluru. Skills Proficiency in ERP systems, Financial modeling, and analytics. Strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on results. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and operational efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of Direct (Income Tax) and Indirect (GST) taxation, Financial principles, accounting standards, compliance frameworks, and company law procedures. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and execute the organization's Financial strategy to support long-term goals. Provide insights and recommendaons to the management on Financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Drive initatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Financial Reporting and Analysis Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Present accurate and timely financial reports to the stakeholders. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Budgeting and Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Monitor performance against budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Cash Flow and Treasury Management Ensure optimal cash flow to support operational needs and strategic investments. Manage working capital efficiently, including receivables, payables, and inventory. Oversee treasury operations, including banking relationships, investments, and risk management. Key Responsibilities Accounting and Compliance Ensure the timely and accurate closing of accounts in adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory standards. Oversee compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements, including audits and filings. Supervise accounting functions such as general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable. Taxation and Risk Management Manage tax strategy, ensuring timely filings and compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other obligations. Collaborate with external advisors to resolve tax-related issues and optimize tax efficiency. Mitigate financial risks by implemenng robust internal controls and compliance frameworks. Audit and Governance Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of observations. Strengthen governance by implementing audit recommendations and maintaining transparency. Team Leadership and Development Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve high performance. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities. Cost and Efficiency Management Drive cost-saving initatives and implement effective cost-control measures. Monitor production costs, operational expenses, and overheads to enhance profitability. ERP and Financial Technology Oversee the deployment and maintenance of ERP systems to streamline financial processes. Champion automation and technology adoption to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for domestic and international markets. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitor analysis to drive positioning and differentiation. Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with sales targets. 2. Brand Management Build and maintain a strong brand presence in India and key export markets. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and corporate identity across all channels. Develop marketing collateral, brochures, product catalogs, and digital content. 3. Digital Marketing Manage and optimize company website, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.). Lead Generation & Sales Support Create lead generation campaigns and marketing funnels tailored to domestic and export customers. Sell the Modutec Products to the consultants of relevant Industries. 5. Exhibitions, Events, and Trade Shows Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences in India and abroad. Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. 6. Market Research & Intelligence Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging markets. Maintain a database of industry certifications, standards (like IEC 61439), and product requirements for different markets. 7. Content Creation & Management Develop technical and marketing content including blogs, white papers, product videos, and case studies. Oversee vendor partners (graphic designers, content writers) as needed. 8. Budgeting & Reporting Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI on marketing spends. Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, market feedback, and business development insights.
