Position: Interior Designer (Junior/Senior) Location: Hennur, Bangalore Company: Mode Interiors Experience: 1–5 years preferred Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Mode Interiors is looking for a passionate and skilled Interior Designer to join our team at our factory unit in Hennur (Road). This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with production and design execution, giving you in-depth exposure to the entire lifecycle of high-end residential and commercial interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape or similar). Develop concept designs and 3D views based on client briefs. Be well-versed with standard sizes, ergonomic norms, and practical design implementation. Understand and incorporate Vastu principles and various interior design styles into projects as per client preferences. Listen actively to clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic design solutions. Deliver creative, cost-effective, and practical design concepts that align with the client's budget. Keep up to date with the latest materials, finishes, design trends, and market innovations. Work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple projects at once while maintaining quality standards. Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and at least one rendering software. Strong sense of design aesthetics, space planning, and material knowledge. Good communication skills and an empathetic approach to understanding client needs. Ability to work collaboratively with factory staff, site teams, and project managers. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with timelines.
