Key Responsibilities HR Systems Management Manage and optimize the Darwinbox HRMS for accurate employee data and smooth workflows. Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements. Payroll Administration Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while complying with tax regulations. Work with finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries. Compliance and Reporting Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and company policies. Generate and analyze HR reports for data-driven decisions. Process Improvement Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency. Develop and maintain SOPs for key HR operations. Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee onboarding and offboarding on Darwinbox for a seamless employee experience. Maintain HR reports and analytics to track workforce trends.
