Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Jodhpur. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient logistics, transport services, and smooth functioning of the team. Responsibilities include managing financial performance, coordinating staff activities, building client relationships, implementing company policies, and ensuring timely execution of deliveries and services to meet business targets effectively. Qualifications Proven skills in Operations Management, Team Leadership, and Branch Administration Strong abilities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Engagement Experience in Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Performance Analysis Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Understanding of Logistics, Transport Operations, and Supply Chain Management Familiarity with Compliance, Safety Standards, and Risk Management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in logistics or branch management is preferred Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in logistics and operational management
