Mobile Engineer (Native iOS/Android)

As a Mobile Engineer at PetYosas, you will be responsible for enhancing the functionality, performance optimization, and addressing device-specific challenges of our core touchpoint mobile app for pet parents. Your role will involve building and optimizing native modules in Swift/Kotlin for our React Native app, ensuring app security, performance, and battery efficiency, working on device-specific features like GPS, biometrics, and background services, and collaborating with QA for smooth releases across devices and OS versions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and optimize native modules (Swift/Kotlin) for the React Native app. - Ensure app security, performance, and battery efficiency. - Work on device-specific features like GPS, biometrics, and background services. - Collaborate with QA for smooth releases across devices and OS versions. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in iOS (Swift/Obj-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java). - Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with app release cycles, App Store/Play Store submissions. - Experience in building React Native bridges. In addition to the above, if you have published consumer apps with high ratings, experience in performance tuning (rendering, memory management), and exposure to BLE, GPS tracking, or IoT integrations, it would be considered a bonus.
