Mobile Engineer III (Android Developer)

As a Senior Android Mobile Developer at PDI, your responsibilities will include: - Being accountable for design decisions for new and existing application development, escalating issues, and seeking assistance when needed - Leading medium and large-sized projects - Guiding, training, and leading less experienced engineers - Collaborating with Architecture and DevOps teams to evaluate tools, processes, and technologies - Partnering with Product Management to consult on solution feasibility and effort estimation - Providing project status and risk assessments to management to ensure programs stay on schedule Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and time complexity - 9+ years of experience in developing mobile applications - Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Fastlane, Jenkins - Deep understanding of Android User Interface - Knowledge of platform-specific concepts, frameworks, and application life cycles - Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns and Mobile UX/UI concepts and technologies - Experience with App/Play Store structure, maintenance, and deployment - Understanding of backend interfaces such as APIs and CDNs Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities - Capability to work independently with limited supervision - Strong team-oriented and collaborative skills - Effective communication of complex technical concepts verbally and in writing In addition, the behavioral competencies expected in this role include: - Ensuring accountability - Managing complexity - Communicating effectively - Balancing stakeholders - Collaborating effectively,
