8+ years in ML / MLOps / data-science engineering, with team leadership
Hands-on experience deploying and operating traditional ML models in production
80% hands on contribution and 20% mentoring team members.
Experience with drift monitoring, retraining and model validation
MLOps: CI/CD for models, model registries, lineage
Drift detection (data / feature / concept) and retraining pipelines
Champion-challenger / backtesting and validation discipline
Model performance metrics (AUC, precision-recall) and decay management
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
