Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder located in Kolkata, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Founder will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, developing strategic plans, ensuring the company's growth and profitability, managing staff, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks may include setting company goals, leading project development, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring the quality of services delivered. Qualifications Leadership and management experience Strategic planning and business development skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Broad understanding of tech services including web and software development, software testing, and software maintenance Knowledge of data gathering and data analytics Problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions Experience in the technology sector is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
