This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paschim Vihar, Delhi . The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational status of machinery deployed at various sites, ensuring optimal equipment utilization, scheduling timely maintenance, managing machinery operators and helpers, and maintaining accurate documentation for seamless operations. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in the machinery industry Supervisory Skills and Training Plant Operations and Plant Maintenance Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a team Effective coordination and communication skills Experience in Excel or machinery monitoring software/logbooks. Ltd., a leading construction equipment rental service provider, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to conduct regular site visits and promote our construction equipment rental services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying business opportunities at project sites, and converting leads into confirmed hiring orders. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct visits to construction and infrastructure project sites to generate leads and pitch rental services. · Meet project managers, purchase departments, and site engineers to understand equipment requirements. · Promote and explain features, benefits, and cost-effectiveness of MKB's equipment on rent. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. · Coordinate with the internal team for equipment availability. · Maintain records of client meetings, inquiries, and feedback. · Follow up on leads and prepare proposals/quotations. · Identify new project opportunities and maintain a site visit report. · Identify prospective buyers using internet/tender services and other portals Requirements: · Qualification-Bachelors of commerce/arts. · Good computer knowledge · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or equipment rental/construction industry preferred. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Willingness to travel extensively to sites. · Basic understanding of construction equipment like Shotcrete Machines, Boom Placers, Transit Mixers, etc., is a plus. · Ability to handle client interactions and negotiations confidently Salary: Initial Salry-18K to 20k After 3 months of training, we shall negotiate based on the knowledge and lead generation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8700665200
