What Youll Do: Youll be the heart of the Miyo experience. Youre here to spark conversations, guide great choices, and make sure everyone leaves happier than they came. To elaborate: Welcome customers like theyre walking into your own space Have great conversations - warm, casual, human Help customers explore our bar and build their dream dessert Keep an eye on the floor - make sure everyones having a good time and things are running smoothly Support with day-to-day ops: counter upkeep, feedback, and anything else that keeps the place flowing Who You Are: You dont need a hotel degree. Or hospitality experience. If you love talking to people, have a good vibe, and care about making someones day a little better - youre already halfway there.
