Role: Commis Chef (Desserts & Gelato) Joining Date: ASAP What you'll be doing: Role Highlights: - Setting up and leading the kitchen from scratch -Creating and perfecting premium soft gelatos, sauces, and compotes -Working with contract bakers to co-develop new recipes and maintain quality standards -Managing inventory, labelling, storage, and kitchen processes -Driving R&D for innovative flavors and dessert experiences -Training and leading the kitchen team What we're looking for: - Solid experience in pastry, desserts, and gelato/ice cream making -Knowledge of working with premium ingredients and a flair for innovation -Strong leadership and operational management skills Why MIY?
