The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and recruting a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, conducting market research, and reporting sales performance. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Qualifications Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Team management and leadership skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the agro or FMCG industry is a plus
