Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer based in the Greater Nashik Area, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of spraying machines and other agricultural equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing on-site support to farmers. The role also involves training users on the proper usage and maintenance of the equipment to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Technical skills in machinery installation, maintenance, and repair Knowledge of agricultural equipment and their applications Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to provide technical training and support to users Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the agricultural equipment industry is an advantage
