Rent is too high for what you get. Office staff, and maintenance are nice, and great though. Wish I could have afforded to buy this place at auction. I would have made it a great little village to be in =)

Haven't had a working dishwasher for months. Fridge leaks water all over and ruins my food and and on to the kitchen floor. Many more complaints

You do not want to move in here. The owner is absolutely horrible. Numerous building code violations and there is a registered sex offender living on this property. There are numerous drug apartments. You really don't want to live here.

Everything about this place is terrible. Over priced rent, crazy neighbors, apartment falls apart on its own (which you'll be charged for), the roads around the complex are completely destroyed. Oh and they'll find any reason possible to not give you back your security deposit. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Just be careful when you go there they tell you one price then when you move in the price has changed it was first 650.00 no deposit no app fee all of a sudden rent is 695.00 last month rent 695.00 and administrative fee 200.00 the place is a rip off and the lady that work's there be very careful

Im not a resident there, but my friend is. Really it just seems like a good apartment complex, my friend has a studio, but i bet theres one/two bedroom apartments

Went to visit a friend it’s a ok place! Especially when you are on a budget . seemed free of rodents and other 4 legged crawling things. Very clean on the outside
